McDonald Mechanical Services Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the McDonald Mechanical Services Referral Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

              The McDonald Mechanical Services Referral Program allows existing customers (“Referrers”) to refer new customers (“Referees”) to McDonald Mechanical Services. In return, Referrers may receive rewards for successful referrals.

2. Eligibility

• To participate as a Referrer, you must be a current customer of McDonald Mechanical Services and at least 18 years old.
• Referees must be new customers who have not previously engaged with McDonald Mechanical Services.
• McDonald Mechanical Services employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How It Works

• Referrers must submit a referral through the designated referral form or system provided by McDonald Mechanical Services.
• A successful referral occurs when the Referee schedules and completes a service with McDonald Mechanical Services, and payment is made in full.
• Referrals must be made using the Program’s official channels. Referrals submitted through other means will not be considered.

4. Rewards

• Rewards for successful referrals will be outlined and may vary.
• Rewards are provided at the discretion of McDonald Mechanical Services and may include cash, discounts, or other incentives.
• Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Referral Validation

• Referrals will be validated based on McDonald Mechanical Services' internal records and criteria.
• McDonald Mechanical Services reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not meet the Program’s requirements or that involves fraudulent activity.

6. Program Modifications and Termination

• McDonald Mechanical Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Any changes to the Program will be communicated through the Program’s official channels.

7. Privacy

• By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in McDonald Mechanical Services' Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

• McDonald Mechanical Services is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete referrals.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold McDonald Mechanical Services harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the Program.

Conditions and Rules for Participation in a Giveaway

To ensure fairness and transparency, participants must adhere to the following conditions and rules when entering the giveaway:

Eligibility

1. Open to legal residents of Washington County, Benton County, and Madison County; unless otherwise specified, aged 18 years or older.
2. Employees of McDonald Mechanical Services, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements

1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
2. Participants must follow the specified entry process (e.g., completing a form, following social media accounts, liking or commenting on a post, etc.).
3. Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize Details

1. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
2. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize.
3. If a prize is valued at over $600, a completed W-9 form may be required, and a 1099 form will be issued for tax purposes.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. Winners will be selected randomly or as specified in the giveaway announcement.
2. Winners will be notified via [method, e.g., email, phone, or social media]. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within [specific time frame], an alternate winner may be selected.

Disclaimers

1. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. The sponsor or McDonald Mechanical Services is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other problems that may affect participation or winner selection.
